Optiwizer Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”) operates QABILL. This notice explains what we collect when you visit www.qabill.com or use the app at app.qabill.com, and why.

What we collect

• Account details. Mobile number, name, email, password (stored hashed), business name, and optional business type.
• Billing. Plan, seat and location counts, GSTIN if you enter one, and invoice history. Card and UPI details are collected by Razorpay, not stored by us. We keep Razorpay customer and subscription identifiers.
• Business records you enter. Items, parties, orders, invoices, stock, and similar operational data needed to run your account.
• Technical data. IP address, browser/user-agent, and session cookies used to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse.
• Signup verification. A one-time code sent to your mobile when you create an account.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, provide QABILL, bill subscriptions, send transactional email (trial, payment, and receipts), and meet legal obligations such as tax invoicing. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments and subscriptions.
• Our hosting and database providers, to run the application.
• An SMS or email delivery provider, to send verification codes and notices.
• Authorities, if Indian law requires it.

Other people in your organisation can see data in your QABILL account according to the roles you assign. If you turn on a storefront, the catalogue information you choose to publish is visible to visitors you share it with.

Cookies

The app uses essential session cookies so you stay signed in and so we can verify requests. The marketing site does not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as the account exists and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to close an account and delete or export data that we are not required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on applicable Indian law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or raise a grievance. Emailsupport@qabill.com. We may need to verify the request against the account’s registered mobile or email.

Children

QABILL is a business product and is not directed at children.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the latest version.
